Engineering

Our Engineering department, which includes experts and experienced people in their fields, works with the customer at every step of the product development to design and produce the most suitable products for customer requirements. APQP project management, design and modeling, virtual simulations and physical validation tests, which are parts of the new product development process, are carried out by the engineering team. Engineering team also supports production phase to produce better quality products with the most efficient production methods and continues activities with the honor of first registered Design Center in Manisa region since 2018.

Our engineering team contributes to the development of the sector domestically by producing innovative solutions for the leading brands of the automotive industry. For the R&D activities, by getting support of academic advisors who are experts in their fields, university and industry cooperation is improved.

Our R&D team capabilities:

• Computer-aided design, model and technical drawing creation (CAD),
• computer aided simulation and analysis (CAE),
• prototype production,
• Physical testing and validation of prototype products with the in-house test center,
• Fixture and apparatus design and production,
• Periodic product tests.

By using computer aided analysis programs, the product development process is shortened and efficiency is increased. Designed products are validated by subjecting special tests in Cemmer Test Center and in-field vehicle test, to ensure high-performance products.
